Terms and Conditions

• Any logged bookings will expire 18 months after the guests travel date.
• When new trainings are loaded any previous trainings will automatically expire if these have not already been claimed.
• Resort Academy is to be used and redeemed by agents located in UK/Europe only. 
• Complimentary nights can only be requested 60 days prior to the intended date of travel
• Reservations subject to availabilitiy at the time of booking.
• Complimentary nights are based on 2 adults sharing only. Extra adults, children or nights are priced at the industry rates (maximum 7 nights)
• Reservations are made on the understanding that should the property become full with brochure paying guests, we reserve the right to move industry personnel to an alternative, comparable quality hotel.
• Payment for additional nights/persons will be required at the time of booking.
• Complimentary nights and pricing are based on Standard rooms only.
• Subject to close outs at any time AND any close outs already in place.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations within 30 days of travel: 100% charge for additional nights paid.
• Complimentary booking must have the industry staff member staying in the room.
• Travel Agents that are travelling together and staying in the same room cannot claim 6 free nights in total from the trainings, it will still be 3 free nights maximum. 
• Travel Agents who have redeemed free nights in the previous year must make a booking before redeeming further free nights for the following year(s). 
• Travel Agents that have stayed the year prior and qualify to stay again on a free night basis the following year, must book a different resort to where they have stayed before. 
• Maximum of 7 nights complimentary at any resort per stay in Jamaica. At Couples Resorts, we would split this between 2 resorts.
• US$4 per room per night Government Tax is to be paid locally for all complimentary nights 

Blackout dates apply:

• Couples Resorts: Stays are available to request for travel 1^st May – 19^th December excluding 30th August - 4th September (All Hotels), 8th - 12th October (Couples Negril and Couples Swept Away) and 22nd – 30^th November (All Hotels).
